Insurance
Before scheduling, please contact your insurance company to confirm that I am in network with your specific plan and to ask about your deductible, copay or coinsurance, and coverage for therapy.
Insurance plans vary, so clients are responsible for checking their own benefits. I’m happy to provide my billing information if your insurer needs it to verify coverage.
Private pay

Sliding scale
I am not currently accepting sliding-scale clients.
If my fee is outside your budget, I’m happy to help you explore providers whose rates may better fit your needs.
Superbills
If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed, so I recommend checking your out-of-network benefits before scheduling.
Outstanding balances
Accounts with an outstanding balance greater than $200 will need to be reduced below $200 before additional appointments can be scheduled.
